Preferred Properties opened in March of 1994 and started with a whopping sales team of one, plus one administrative assistant, who is still with us to this day! We have grown to eight agents and two administrative assistants, who will know you by name when you call!
We are open five days a week and on Weekends, we transfer calls to one of our agents so you can get the answers you need, when you need them!

We now bar code your information on our sheets and our signs. This allows people with smart phones to scan either bar code and go directly to our website that showcases your home as well as open house listings. All websites feature photos of your home and the crucial information that buyers need so we can get your home “SOLD”!
