Preferred Properties opened in March of 1994 and started with a whopping sales team of one, plus one administrative assistant, We have grown to eight agents and have a full time administrative assistant, who will know you by name when you call!
We are open five days a week and are available on Weekends, our answering service assures you that you will be able to reach the agent you are looking for with direct call transfer to each specific agent.

All websites feature photos of your home and the crucial information that buyers need so we can get your home “SOLD”!
